The question we get asked the most is 'will my investment in property be worth making?' The answer is usually 'Yes', but up until recently it has been hard to quantify this. However, the Office of National Statistics released data in October 2017 shows that the average London property was worth £6,639 per sq m in 2016, while the cost of building a quality extension often tips £2,000 -£2,500 per sq m (not £1,500 per sq. m as often stated in the press!).
